Ciao, I’m Francesca!

I am an Italian writer, photographer and a mentor for emotional mastery based in the beautiful city of Lucca (Italy).

I never felt like I really belonged to a particular land or to my own family history. The initiations into my work were the emotional, sexual and religious trauma in my life, the healing that they required and my efforts towards breaking generational co-dependency patterns.

I have studied for more than twenty years Yoga, Flower Essences, Family Constellations, Astrology, Human Design and more recently Photography. My deep fascination for different cultures led me to extensive travel. New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya and Yemen are some of my favourite places.

I’m here to change the way people perceive Life, Love and the World and to go beyond societal conditioning.

I share insights and explorations to show my audience the essence of beauty and love that exist in all creatures, expanding  awareness around the intercultural and emotional experience of being human and the interplay of the mystical with the mundane.

The work I do on myself focuses on healing trauma through transcending duality and harmonising energies within myself to live a life fuelled and empowered by the courage of my own incarnation.
